Abstract

Una de las iniciativas del gobierno actual para dinamizar la economía y permitir que más personas tengan una mejor calidad de vida es la llamada Economía Naranja, que pretende a través de la cultura, el emprendimiento y el patrimonio, generar bienes de valor en el sector cultural, apoyando la creación de ideas creativas, nuevos productos y la transmisión y promoción de tradiciones y conocimientos ancestrales. Es por esto que la Región Caribe debe tener los espacios para poder impulsar su gran potencial en este sentido, su vasta cultura y riqueza patrimonial; por esta razón la creación del Centro Económico y Cultural del Caribe será de muchísima ayuda para alcanzar este fin. Este es un espacio creado para que campesinos, artesanos, emprendedores y comunidad en general, puedan generar recursos en un lugar adecuado, en el que la cultura y el emprendimiento son los protagonistas. Ubicado en el municipio de Tubará, cerca de la vía al mar, con un diseño atractivo y amigable con el entorno, cuenta con una zona de mercado campesino, en el que se podrá comercializar todo tipo de productos del campo; de igual manera, una plazoleta para muestras artísticas; un área de ventas de artesanías, manualidades, textiles y mucho más; también se cuenta con una galería gastronómica, con restaurantes que representan lo que es ser costeño a través de la comida y por último, un pequeño museo y salón de eventos para aprender mucho más de las tradiciones de la región y el país. El desarrollo del proyecto fue algo complejo debido a las limitaciones por la situación del virus y sus repercusiones en las distintas partes de este, como fueron su planificación por no consenso, la elección de diseños y dificultades en generación de datos, cifras y demás. Sin embargo, esto no impidió que se pudiera generar un proyecto que tendrá un gran impacto social y que a través de su realización, quienes lo elaboraron pudieran afianzar los conocimientos adquiridos al fin de su carrera de Ingeniería Civil.

This is why the Caribbean Region must have the spaces to be able to promote its great potential in this regard, its vast culture and heritage wealth; For this reason, the creation of the Caribbean Economic and Cultural Center will be of great help to achieve this end. This is a space created so that farmers, artisans, entrepreneurs and the community in general, can generate resources in a suitable place, in which culture and entrepreneurship are the protagonists. Located in the municipality of Tubará, near the road to the sea, with an attractive design and friendly to the environment, it has a peasant market area, where all kinds of farm products can be sold; in the same way, a small square for artistic samples; a sales area for handicrafts, handicrafts, textiles and much more; There is also a gastronomic gallery, with restaurants that represent what it means to be coastal through food and finally, a small museum and event room to learn much more about the traditions of the region and the country. The development of the project was somewhat complex due to the limitations due to the situation of the virus and its repercussions in the different parts of it, such as its planning by non-consensus, the choice of designs and difficulties in generating data, figures and others. However, this did not prevent a project from being generated that will have a great social impact and that through its implementation, those who developed it could consolidate the knowledge acquired at the end of their Civil Engineering career.
