The project, "Qualification of Projects in the Distribution Network for EV Massification," assessed the impact of EV penetration on the local network, projecting demand scenarios from 2025 to 2040. The methodology involved modeling the Circuit 1 distribution network of the Bayunca substation using DIgSILENT, statistical analyses of EV fleet growth, and simulations in two scenarios: a baseline with 3.9% annual load growth and another including EV penetration. Simulations revealed transformer overloads, voltage drops, and increased demand on main lines, indicating the need for mitigation strategies to maintain grid stability. The project achieved its goals by analyzing load profiles, creating a reliable network model, and proposing recommendations for optimizing existing infrastructure. While the simulations focused on a single circuit, the results provide valuable insights for planning electricity supply amid growing EV adoption. Future research should include other circuits and municipalities, integrating advanced technologies like artificial intelligence to enhance grid management. Additionally, incorporating renewable energy sources, such as solar power, could help manage the increased demand. Pilot programs and continuous monitoring are recommended to validate the strategies and address operational challenges in real time. This study offers crucial tools for energy planning, supporting sustainability, and serves as a technical and academic reference for tackling the challenges of EV integration in rural areas. Its findings aim to ensure reliable electricity supply and lay the foundation for broader studies and adaptive energy strategies to support cleaner, more sustainable technologies. %K Vehículos eléctricos %K Penetración de vehículos eléctricos %K Estabilidad %K Red de distribución %K Electric vehicles %K Electric vehicles penetration %K Stability %K Distribution network %~ GOEDOC, SUB GOETTINGEN
