| dc.description | Public policie’s main objective is to define the social and economic course that the national government must pursue to resolve the various issues that thoroughly affect society. In the vast natural wealth of Colombia, the Amazonia is emphasized for its territorial dimension and diversity in resources. However, there are many, both exogenous and endogenous, factors which have gradually eroded its wealth that makes one consider the rethinking of public policy toward an area that, because of its relevance in terms of resources, is observed with attention by various actors in the international scene. The objective of this writing is to analyze from the economic, patrimonial and foreign policy standpoints, the development of public policies that the central government has implemented in the Amazonia, considered as a region, from the geopolitical perspective, of strategic value to Colombia. | |
| dc.description | Las políticas públicas, tienen como principal objetivo, demarcar el rumbo que en materias sociales y económicas, debe atender el gobierno nacional, con el propósito de solucionar las diversas problemáticas que de manera transversal afectan a la sociedad. Así mismo, cimentar las bases que conduzcan a minimizar los riesgos futuros, que la sociedad globalizada trae inherente en sus dinámicas transformaciones. Dentro de ese conjunto de políticas emanadas por todas las instancias del aparato estatal, encontramos las de orden patrimonial, caracterizadas porque se diseñan y colocan en práctica con fundamento en las raíces mismas de las sociedades, lo que nos permite analizar y comprender el recorrido mediante el cual se construyó la realidad socio – económica y cultural actual. Dentro de los valores patrimoniales, encontramos tanto los inmateriales como los materiales. Su importancia, reviste en la posibilidad de maximizar su legado y acervo, en términos de desarrollo social y económico. En la inmensa riqueza patrimonial de Colombia, se destaca la Amazonía por su dimensión territorial y diversidad en recursos. Sin embargo, son múltiples los factores tanto exógenos como endógenos, que han ido deteriorando paulatinamente su riqueza, lo que hace pensar en un replanteamiento de las políticas públicas, hacia una zona que por su relevancia en materia de recursos, es observada con atención por diversos actores del sistema internacional. El objetivo del escrito, es analizar desde las perspectivas económicas, patrimoniales y política exterior, el desarrollo de las políticas públicas que el gobierno central ha implementado en la Amazonía, dimensionada como una región que desde la óptica geopolítica reviste un valor estratégico para Colombia./Public policies’ main objective is to define the social and economic course that the national government must pursue to resolve the various issues that thoroughly affect society. Likewise, to strengthen the foundations to minimize future risks, which the globalized society inherently brings in its dynamic transformations. Within that set of policies issued by all instances of the state apparatus, we find those of heritage, designed and placed into practice on the basis of the very roots of societies, which enables us to analyze and understand the path through which the current socio - economic and cultural realities were built. Within the heritage values, we find both the intangibles as well as the materials values. Their importance is in the ability to maximize the legacy and heritage, in terms of social and economic development.
