Diseño y construcción del Centro Cultural "David Sánchez Juliao" y adecuación del caño el Chimallito con inclusión de Parque Lineal en el municipio de Santa Cruz de Lorica, Córdoba.

Abstract

Colombia es un país cuna de cultura lleno de riquezas debido a la diversidad de sus raíces, esta cultura se manifiesta de forma alegre y colorida principalmente mediante festivales, carnavales, artesanías, pinturas, esculturas, música y son visibles a lo largo de todo el territorio nacional. Muy a pesar de esta gran multiplicidad cultural en algunos lugares no se le está dando la importancia que merece y dichas manifestaciones se realizan en lugares no adecuados y sin las medidas de seguridad necesarias. El Centro Cultural “David Sanchez Juliao” ubicado en el municipio de Santa Cruz de Lorica, nace como respuesta a la pobre infraestructura con la que cuenta la zona para desarrollar las actividades de índole educativa, cultural y social. Cuenta con una edificación que incluye una biblioteca pública, una zona dispuesta para salones de canto, baile, percusión, escritura, además un museo y un escenario al aire libre y finalmente un parque lineal a través del caño chimalito que cuenta con zonas verdes, ciclo rutas y zonas de recreación. Inicialmente se seleccionó el terreno donde seria ubicado el proyecto y su respectivo levantamiento topográfico, simultáneamente se llevó a cabo el estudio de suelos. Seguidamente se realizó el urbanismo y el correspondiente diseño arquitectónico. Luego se procedió con los diseños estructural, vial, hidrosanitario, de pavimentos y los respectivos estudios hidrológicos, de tránsito y ambiental, y por último se elaboró el presupuesto y el pliego de condiciones. Con respecto a las limitaciones del proyecto se encontraron algunas de tipo social, económico y topográfico debido a la planicie de la zona. Finalmente, el Centro Cultural “David Sánchez Juliao” se diseñó abarcando cada una de las ramas de la ingeniería civil y se presenta como una respuesta viable en todos los sentidos y con beneficios sociales, culturales y educativos para darle solución a la problemática antes mencionada.

The Cultural Center "David Sanchez Juliao" located in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Lorica, was born in response to the poor infrastructure that the area has to develop activities of an educational, cultural and social nature. It has a building that includes a public library, an area for singing salons, dance, percussion, writing, as well as a museum and an open-air stage and finally a linear park through the chimalito pipe that has green areas, cycle routes and recreation areas. Initially, the land where the project was located and its respective topographic survey was selected, simultaneously the soil study was carried out. Urbanism and the corresponding architectural design were followed. Then we proceeded with the structural, road, hydrosanitary, pavement designs and the respective hydrological, traffic and environmental studies, and finally the budget and the specifications were drawn up. With respect to the limitations of the project, some of the social, economic and topographical types were found due to the flatness of the area. Finally, the Cultural Center "David Sanchez Juliao" was designed covering each of the branches of civil engineering and is presented as a viable response in all respects and with social, cultural and educational benefits to solve the aforementioned problems.
