Terminal de Transporte en la ciudad de Riohacha, La Guajira.

Abstract

En este documento se realiza una presentación de las condiciones actuales del terminal de Riohacha, actual capital del departamento de La Guajira y distrito turístico el cual carece de infraestructura física tanto para la operación de un terminal interdepartamental como para mantener condiciones de salubridad óptimas, y se propone la construcción de un nuevo terminal ubicado a las afueras de la ciudad el cual se estima que cause un impacto socioeconómico positivo en la capital del departamento tanto por el turismo atraído como por la cantidad de empleos y de comercio de las cuales va a ser foco. La propuesta se basa en el diseño de la estructura física que tendrá el terminal la cual consta de una estructura tipo del terminal que contiene vanos y luces de 9 metros y a su vez dos estructuras hoteleras de tres pisos con una altura similar de 9 metros, incluye a su vez el diseño geométrico de vías y pavimentos de 2 kilómetros de vías y de aguas pasando por un plan de manejo ambiental para la etapa de construcción, todo ésto basándose en los lineamientos y normativas nacionales e internacionales como la AASHTO, INVIAS, NSR10 y NTC1500 entre otros y finalmente la realización un cálculo de costos en base al análisis de precios unitarios. Las limitantes del proyecto fueron la amplitud del lote propuesto, ya que para conectar dos vías principales se tuvo que aprovechar mucho más el espacio dando como resultado estructuras más grandes y caras, y la baja pendiente del terreno lo que resultó en modificaciones en el diseño de vías para ayudar a drenar el agua y finalmente que este proyecto no comprende la etapa de operación del terminal. Al realizar este trabajo se concluyó que el costo total para realizar este proyecto fue de $21.000.000.000 y se espera que el terminal reciba 900.000 personas al año y sea capaz de hospedar en los hoteles a 148 personas al día con lo que se espera que el impacto social de este proyecto potencie el turismo y la economía de la capital Guajira.

In this paper you will find a presentation of the actual conditions of the transportation terminal from Riohacha, La Guajira department capital, special and touristic district, which lacks a physic infrastructure to operate the transport terminal of a capital city and neither fill the standard of healthiness, for this reason we propose the construction of a new terminal located outsides of the urban area, Which is estimated to cause a positive socio-economic impact in the department capital, showed in the amount of tourism attracted to the city and the jobs created in the town. The Main aspect in the proposal is the design of the physical infrastructure where the terminal will operate, including 9 meter bays and lights and a similar three-story hotel structure of 9 meters height. The geometrical design of the roads and pavement of 2 kilometers and the water management going through an environmental management plan for the construction, following the national and internationals guidelines found it on AASHTO, INVIAS, NSR10 y NTC1500 and others, and finally making the cost analysis based on the unit price analysis. The limitations of the project were the amplitude of the proposed lot, since to connect two main roads; the space had to be used much more, resulting in larger and more expensive structures; and the low slope of the land, which resulted in modifications in the design of the project roadways to help drain the water. The last limiting factor is that this project does not understand the stage of operation of the terminal. While doing this jobs we conclude that the new transport terminal of Riohacha will cost $21.000.000.000 and we will have an attracted visitor of 900.000 people per year and the hotel included in the project will have a capacity of 148 people which will cause an social impact empowering the tourism and the economy of the capital.
