Abstract

En nuestra sociedad actual, vivimos últimamente en un entorno muy atacado por el crimen. La falta de un registro oportuno y eficaz de la ocurrencia de estas calamidades. Presenta un gran punto en contra para hacer frente a esto. Para resolver esto nosotros proponemos un nuevo tipo de plataforma interactiva de denuncias que sea de utilidad tanto para la ciudadanía como para las entidades que pelean contra el crimen. Gracias a ella se podrá crear sistemas y campañas de respuesta mucho mas eficaces y precisas. Permitirá conocer la forma en como se distribuyen los delitos en la ciudad a tiempo real y con una muy buena precisión. Para esto presentamos una App que registra las denuncias en tiempo real de las personas de una manera sencilla y rápida para las personas, además que registra y muestra en un mapa la distribución de estos. Para implementar esta plataforma se hará uso de un framework llamado Ionic. Este nos permite, por medio de una programación eficaz y sencilla, crear con un solo proyecto una aplicación disponible para Android, Apple, y para el medio de PC, en Windows. Al ser este proyecto orientado a plataformas tecnológicas, existe una limitación en el ámbito tecnológico ya que se requieren equipos que soporten la aplicación y tengan acceso a localización e Internet. Ya que no todas las personas poseen siempre Internet en su dispositivo móvil la aplicación es capaz de almacenar la información suministrada hasta que el usuario tenga una conexión a Internet constante. Con este proyecto logramos desarrollar de manera eficaz la aplicación descrita y pudimos presentar una solución diferente y que aprovecha la tecnología para solucionar una problemática tan relevante en nuestra sociedad.

In our current society, we are living recently in an environment very attacked by crime. The lack of an opportune and effective record of the occurrence of these calamities It presents a big point against this. In order to solve this, we propose a new type of interactive platform of complaints that is useful both for the citizenship and for the entities that fight against crime. Thanks to it, it will be possible to create systems and response campaigns that are much more efficient and precise. It will allow to know the way in which crimes are distributed in the city in real time and with a very good precision. For this we present an App that records complaints in real time of people in a simple and fast way for people, in addition to registering and displaying on a map the distribution of these. To implement this platform, a framework called Ionic will be used. This allows us, through an efficient and simple programming, to create with an only project an application available for Android, Apple, and for the PC medium, in Windows. As this project is oriented to technological platforms, there is a limitation in the technological field since teams that support the application and have access to location and internet are required. Since not all people always have internet on their mobile device the application is able to store the information provided until the user has a constant internet connection. With this project we were able to effectively develop the described application and we were able to present a different solution that uses technology to solve such a relevant problem in our society.
