Herramienta de Actualización de Instalaciones Eléctricas Previas al RETIE.

Abstract

El proceso de certificación de para instalaciones eléctricas en colombia, para instalaciones construidas antes del 2005, presenta grandes limitantes en la actualidad. Este proceso es realizado manualmente por un ingeniero certificado por el RETIE como inspector, confiando plenamente en la memoria del mismo. Además de esto, todas las instalaciones están construidas de manera distinta, lo que significa que se debe generar un informe distinto para cada revisión. Con esta aplicación se busca disminuir estos inconvenientes teniendo las preguntas necesarias en una base de datos para así generar informes y dictámenes de manera inmediata.

Para lograr este objetivo se evaluaron 3 instalaciones distintas. Una de estrato bajo, otra estrato medio y por último una de estrato alto. Las 3 ubicadas en la ciudad de Barranquilla y construidas antes del 2005. Se llevaron 2 ingenieros experimentados en certificaciones RETIE para que realizaran la inspección de la instalación y 1 técnico electrcista clase TE-1 para que realizara la inspección utilizando la aplicación. Tras realizarse la comparación de rechazos, se obtuvo que la aplicación entrega un dictamen con un error del 6.8%. Se puede concluir que, la aplicación es útil como solución a la problemática. Sin embargo, el criterio del ingeniero es de vital importancia en este tipo de instalaciones, puesto que la aplicación solo responde a las respuestas que se le ingresen y se le hace imposible observar de manera crítica la instalación.

The process of certification of electrical installations in Colombia, for installations built before 2005, have great limitations at present. This process is carried out manually by an engineer certified by RETIE as an inspector, trusting fully in the memory of the engineer. In addition to this, all the facilities are built differently, which means that a different report must be generated for each revision. This application seeks to reduce these problems by having the necessary questions in a database to generate reports and decisions immediately. To achieve this goal, 3 different facilities were evaluated. The first one with low economical stratum, the second one with a medium economical stratum, and finally one of high economical stratum. The 3 located in the city of Barranquilla and built before 2005. 2 experienced engineers in RETIE certifications were taken to perform the inspection of the installation, and 1 electrics technician class TE-1 was taken to perform the inspection using the application. After the comparison of rejections was made, it was obtained that the application delivers an opinion with an error of 6.8%. It can be concluded that the application is useful as a solution to the problem. However, the criterion of the engineer is of vital importance in this type of facilities, since the mobile application only responds to the answers that the user provides, and it is impossible to observe the installation critically.
