Diseño de la Institución Educativa Inclusiva "Codazzi con Futuro", en Agustín Codazzi, Cesar

Abstract

Este proyecto consistió en el diseño de una institución educativa inclusiva en áreas de expansión urbana del municipio de Agustín Codazzi, departamento del Cesar. La Institución Educativa Codazzi con Futuro fue planteada como parte de la solución al problema del bajo número de planteles que reúnen las condiciones necesarias para el buen desarrollo académico y social de personas en condición de discapacidad en el Cesar y los bajos indicadores en el mismo departamento de asistencia escolar y calidad educativa. El proyecto propuesto contempla los diseños arquitectónico, hidráulico, estructural, ambiental, geotécnico y presupuestal de una estructura de cuatro pisos y un sótano, que corresponde al edificio principal de la institución educativa. Adicionalmente, el proyecto incluye la unión del plantel con el municipio por medio de una vía que se diseñó teniendo en cuenta las proyecciones futuras del plan de desarrollo municipal de Agustín Codazzi. Como principal limitación para el desarrollo de estos diseños se tuvo la falta de información sobre las condiciones reales del terreno y estadísticas de población, pues no existen muchos estudios base para el diseño de construcciones este municipio del Cesar. Los resultados obtenidos con este proyecto son los diseños seguros y de alta calidad de la edificación de 4400 metros cuadrados y 540 kilómetros de vía, todo bajo los estándares de la normativa vigente colombiana para buenos diseños de ingeniería civil y teniendo en cuenta todas las características de inclusividad necesarias para hacer de este un proyecto con un verdadero impacto social en la región.

This project consisted in the design of an inclusive educational institution in areas of urban expansion in the municipality of Agustín Codazzi, department of Cesar. The Educational Institution Codazzi con Futuro was proposed as part of the solution to the problem of the low number of schools that meet the necessary conditions for a good academic and social development of people with disabilities in Cesar and the low indicators in the same department of school attendance and educational quality. The proposed project contemplates the architectural, hydraulic, structural, environmental, geotechnical and budgetary designs of a four-story structure and a basement, which corresponds to the main building of the educational institution. Additionally, the project includes the union of the campus with the municipality through a road that was designed taking into account the future projections of the municipal development plan of Agustín Codazzi. As the main limitation for the development of these designs, there was a lack of information on the real conditions of the land and population statistics, since there are not many baseline studies for the design of buildings in this municipality of Cesar.

The results obtained with this project are the safe and high quality designs of the building of 4400 square meters and 540 kilometers of track, all under the standards of current Colombian regulations for good civil engineering designs and taking into account all the characteristics of necessary inclusivity to make this a project with a real social impact in the region.
