E.S.E Hospital San Ezequiel

Abstract

El proyecto del E.S.E. Hospital San Ezequiel, consiste en la construcción de un centro hospitalario de segundo nivel, el cual cuente con las instalaciones básicas necesarias para la atención de la población del Municipio de Sitionuevo y sus municipios circundantes. El departamento del Magdalena según el Análisis de situación de salud del Ministerio de Salud es uno de los departamentos críticos en la región caribe en temas de salubridad debido a que tiene un número de indicadores significativamente altos según el indice a nivel nacional. Por esto el objetivo principal de realizar este proyecto es proporcionar a la comunidad un servicio de salud de calidad, donde puedan encontrar en su lugar de residencia, servicio especializado para cualquier tipo de urgencia que se presente en el pueblo de Sitionuevo y municipios aledaños, para así abordar el problema de salubridad. El hospital contará con amplias instalaciones, este tendrá cuatro niveles, incluyendo un sótano y el edificio hospitalario tendrá un área de 4595 m2. Para la accesibilidad se contará con unavía de acceso exclusiva para la ambulancia; y para el ingreso del personal y pacientes que no lleguen en ambulancia al hospital se plantea la construcción de una vía dentro del terreno que conectará la calle del norte de lote con la carrera del oeste del lote, permitiendo el acceso al hospital y a la zona de parqueaderos. Con la construcción del edificio hospitalarios espera resolver los problemas en el servicio de salud de la comunidad de Sitionuevo y comunidades aledañas, ofreciendo a los habitantes una estructura hospitalaria que cumpla con todos los requisitos espaciales, técnicos y legales que garanticen un servicio de salud digno.

The project of the E.S.E San Ezequiel Hospital consists of the construction of a hospital center level two, which has the basic facilities for the care of the population of the municipality of sitionuevo and its surrounding municipalities. The health situation´s analysis of the department of Magdalena according to the Ministry of Health is one of the departments of culture in the region of health issues because it has several high indicators nationally. The main objective of this project is to provide the community with a quality health service, where you can find in your place of residence the specialized service for any type of emergency that occurs in the town of sitionuevo and neighboring municipalities, in order to solve the problem of healthiness. The hospital building will have extensive facilities. This will have four levels, including a basement and the hospital building will have an area of 4595 m2. For accessibility, there will be an exclusive access for the ambulance to the hospital. The construction of a road inside the property that will connect the street north of the land with the west street of the place letting a better access to the hospital an the area of parking lots. With the construction of the hospital building it is expected to solve the problems in the health service of the communities, the health service of life and public health.
