Abstract

En Colombia, el desplazamiento forzado interno se ha visto influenciado desde el origen y expansión de las FARC y los grupos paramilitares, motivo por la cual se cuenta con los siete departamentos con mayor número de población desplazada, siendo el del Atlántico uno de estos. Esta problemática, incitó a la búsqueda de alternativas de solución que moderen dicha situación, razón por la que se opto por proponer la construcción del "Centro de Reparación Integral Líderes de Paz" en el municipio de Malambo. Este contara con una capacidad de 500 personas, a las que se les brindaran beneficios, tales como alojamiento temporal, capacitaciones mediante convenios con el SENA o La Universidad Tu Barrio, servicios que aportan a la recuperación física y mental de los afectados a través de servicios básicos de enfermería, además de psicólogos especializados en casos de violencia. Teniendo en cuenta lo mencionado previamente, se procedió a realizar el diseño urbanístico y arquitectónico del proyecto, teniendo en cuenta la topografía del lote. Posteriormente, se efectuó el estudio de suelos de la zona, el cual permitió determinar que dicho lote estaba compuesto en su mayoría por arenas limosas, llevando así al planteo del diseño de zapatas cuadradas para la cimentación. Consiguientemente, se realizo el análisis y diseño estructural, estudio hidrológico y diseño de redes sanitarias, estudio de tránsito, diseño vial y de pavimentos, y estudio ambiental. Así mismo se definieron las especificaciones técnicas que permitieron la elaboración del presupuesto y finalmente la redacción del pliego de condiciones. Se presentaron limitaciones al momento de identificar el transito atraído al proyecto, al igual que con las conexiones de los servicios de alcantarillado ya que no se contaba con datos actualizados. Finalmente, se logró concluir que gracias a la rama de la Ingeniería Civil se logro ejecutar el "C.R.I. Líderes de Paz", el cual lograra mejorar la calidad de vida de las victimas.

In Colombia, the internal displacement is being influenced since the last century caused by the origin and expansion of the FARC and the right-wing paramilitarism, where it has seven states with a wide range of internal displacement population, making the state of Atlántico one of them. This problem incited to the search of alternatives solutions which can mitigate this situation, for this reason, it is proposed the construction of “Peace Leaders Integral Healing Center” in the municipality of Malambo. This counts with a capacity of 500 people, who are being granted benefits, such as temporal housing, trainings through agreements with SENA or Tu Barrio University, services which can help the physical and mental recovering of the affected ones through an infirmary, adding psychologists specialized in violence cases. In consideration of what is mentioned previously, it is proceeded to execute the urban and architectural design of the project, considering the topography of the terrain. Subsequently, it proceeded to the study of soils in the area, which it determined that the soil of the property is composed in general by silty sands, leading to the decision of designing square footings for the foundation. Followingly, structural analysis and design, hydrological study and sanitary systems design, traffic study, road and pavement design, and environmental study were executed. At the same time, it established the technical specifications leading to the estimate of the project´s budget and finally, the solicitation documents. It was presented restrictions in the moment of identifying the traffic attraction of the project, and the same goes with the outdate data of connections of the sewage services. Finally, it was able to conclude thanks to the areas of Civil Engineering enabling the execution of ”Peace Leaders Integral Healing Center, CRI”, in which it will improve the quality of the victim’s life.
