Abstract

La educación es el factor básico de la humanidad, porque determina el comportamiento y forma parte de las características culturales y del desarrollo sostenible de la sociedad. Uno de los objetivos para lograr un futuro mejor es la educación de calidad. Es por esto por lo que preocupa cuando los estudiantes abandonan sus estudios, lo que puede generar desigualdad y falta de oportunidades. En cuanto a la deserción escolar que se presenta en el departamento del Atlántico, según los datos más recientes sobre matrícula y abandono escolar prematuro recopilados por el DANE sobre educación formal realizada en edad preescolar, primaria y secundaria, hay aproximadamente 16.586 niños y / o jóvenes que desertaron de las escuelas. El Centro Educativo Julio Flórez fue el planteamiento de una solución a la problemática que presenta el municipio en cuanto a la falta de acceso al sistema educativo. Se realizó un estudio topográfico sobre el que se construirá el proyecto para determinar la elevación, las curvas de nivel. De igual manera, la planificación y construcción urbanística se determinó de acuerdo con los lineamientos del Ministerio de Educación en materia de centros educativos. Además de lo anterior, también se realizó una investigación geotécnica, en la que se definió el estrato y se caracterizó el suelo, y se analizaron todos sus parámetros para definir el proceso constructivo de la cimentación. También se diseñaron y calcularon las estructuras del pórtico, los cimientos y las paredes del edificio principal de acuerdo con los requisitos contenidos en la NSR-10. De igual manera, se llevó a cabo el diseño de la red de saneamiento hidráulico, el nivel de tráfico y diseño de vías de acceso y pavimento. Seguido, la matriz de Leopold analizó el impacto ambiental del proyecto en su área afectada y finalmente se realizó el análisis de precios unitarios y se obtuvieron los costos relacionados con el diseño y ejecución del proyecto.

The Julio Flórez Educational Center was the proposal of a solution to the problem that the municipality presents in terms of lack of access to the educational system. A topographic study was carried out on which the project will be built to determine the elevation, the contour lines. Similarly, urban planning and construction was determined in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Education regarding educational centers. In addition to the above, a geotechnical investigation was also carried out, in which the stratum was defined and the soil was characterized, and all its parameters were analyzed to define the construction process of the foundation. The porch structures, foundations and walls of the main building were also designed and calculated in accordance with the requirements contained in NSR-10. Similarly, the design of the hydraulic sanitation network, the level of traffic and the design of access roads and pavement were carried out. Next, Leopold's matrix analyzed the environmental impact of the project in its affected area and finally the unit price analysis was carried out and the costs related to the design and execution of the project were obtained.
