dc.descriptionEl siguiente artículo pretende discutir algunos aspectos centrales de una controversia surgido en las últimas décadas en Colombia sobre las comunidades afrocolombianas. El punto de partida es una descripción de las experiencias y articulaciones políticas de las poblaciones negras de Colombia, Bolivia y Cuba que son parecidas pero diferentes a la vez y no parece conveniente acercárselas por un solo marco teórico o interpretativo, sino por una reflexión especial que parte del contexto en que surgían. Es por esto que el articulo postula una postura abierta hacia la diversidad desde sus propias categoría y condiciones comprendiendo las diferencias como respuestas distintas a problemas comunes.
dc.descriptionThe following article aims to discuss certain aspects of a recent Colombian controversy concerning Afro-Colombian communities. The starting points is a presentation of the experiences and political expressions of black populations in Colombia, Bolivia and Cuba that are similar but different as well and could not be approached and analyzed by a single theoretical or interpretative framework but require a special treatment within the contexts they emerged. It is for this reason that the article calls for openness towards diversity trying to analyze the black political expressions in its own terms and conditions understanding the differences as distinctive answers of common problems.

No obstante lo anterior, la enunciación de las autorizaciones es meramente enunciativa y no descartan nuevas formas de explotación económica y editorial no descritas en este contrato por parte del AUTOR del artículo, a modo individual. 3. Declara que el artículo es original y que es de su creación exclusiva, no existiendo impedimento de ninguna naturaleza para la cesión de derechos que esta haciendo, respondiendo además por cualquier acción de reivindicación, plagio u otra clase de reclamación que al respecto pudiera sobrevenir. 4. Que dicha autorización se hace a título gratuito. 5.
