| dc.description | ResumenEn forma corta se presentarán inicialmente las razones que llevaron a la renovación de centros históricos en Alemania Occidental (RFA), seguidas de los fundamentos legislativos, de las medidas (sobre todo los aportes financieros públicos) y de los resultados al respecto. En este contexto algunos municipios jugaron un papel importante ya que en parte realizaron intensos esfuerzos a través de dichas medidas para la revitalización funcional de sus centros históricos (almacenes especializados, turismo, gentrificación) y con ello el fortalecimiento de su fuerza económica. Para finalizar se hace referencia a la renovación de centros históricos en la antigua República Democrática Alemana (RDA) después de la reunificación, la que fue además subsidiada en esta parte por los subsidios de la Unión Europea.AbstractIn a very brief presentation the author acknowledges the reasons behind the renovation of the historical towns in the old West Germany followed by the legal foundation, efforts and public financing and the results that came from that process. It is in this context that some municipalities played a central role in the conservation efforts by emphasizing their political action in the functional revitalization of their cities and the resulting economic growth. To finish the author makes reference to similar processes in the old East Germany after the reunification, a process that was largely funded by the subsidies from the European Union. | |
