Sistema de gestión de la energía eléctrica para programas de respuesta de la demanda.

Abstract

El concepto de Gestión de Demanda fue introducido en los inicios de la industria eléctrica en Estados Unidos en los años 90’s, cuando se debatía el nuevo régimen de precios para este nuevo servicio, allí se pensó en la variación de precios entre franjas horarias, lo cual ha evolucionado hasta incluir precios en tiempo real. Los Programas de Gestión de Demanda son de reciente aplicación, y el interés en la implementación principalmente de los países industrializados, puede atribuirse a una mezcla de situaciones actuales como son las crisis energéticas, los apagones, los altos precios de los combustibles, los nuevos retos ambientales, el creciente interés por la eficiencia y la sustentabilidad energética. Con este proyecto se busca brindar un apoyo a los hogares colombianos para tener control del consumo energético. Las tarifas energéticas en Colombia se encuentran reguladas por la CREG 119 de 2007, la cual estima que el costo del servicio energético es resultado de agregar los costos de las etapas de producción, transmisión, distribución, comercialización y administración, lo cual arroja una tarifa estándar para cada estrato socioeconómico. Debido a lo anteriormente se optó por realizar este software el cual tendrá la capacidad de ejecutar un sistema de gestión de la energía mediante una micro-red solar fotovoltaica en la cual se implementará un programa de respuesta de la demanda” Time of Use” el cual le permitirá al usuario comprar el excedente de energía del panel solar a ciertas horas del día y con diferente precio , cabe resaltar que será más económico que la tarifa establecida por la distribuidora, esto con el fin de permitirle tener ahorros significativos. De esta forma se puede crear conciencia del manejo de las cargas en los hogares.
