Análisis de riesgo de inundación por precipitación en el barrio Nueva Colombia

Abstract

Under the idea of improving the water situation of the Nueva Colombia neighborhood, in search of the resolution of problems that threaten the social integrity of the population present here and based on tests and results about the design and modeling of alternatives, the following document aims to demonstrate the first analyses and studies developed on the water bodies selected for this work in the area indicated. Within the development and decomposition of the situation present in the Nueva Colombia neighborhood, use was made of computational tools for greater precision in the understanding of the main components that affect the selected watercourse, which significantly improves the quality of the results and understanding of the affectations that are present here; The program that had more presence during the development, which allowed an improvement in the discussion and gave rise to the calculation of the most important aspects of the study area was Qgis, where its practicality to handle DEM formats and computer containment systems such as Raster, make it the ideal tool for this type of work. Additionally, detailed searches were made on the characteristics of the city that served as a basis for the contextualization of the problems that plagued the Nueva Colombia neighborhood, which could also have value for the progress in the mitigation and improvement measures in order to reduce the unfavorable situations that the populations of the neighborhood are frequently living. Within the development and decomposition of the present situation in the Nueva Colombia neighborhood, three alternatives were proposed as a solution, which would correctly solve the studied problem; for their selection, evaluations and comparisons were made between them to find an optimal solution, being effective and economically stable, being tested with design conditions such as a flow with a return period of 50 years.

Bajo de la idea del mejoramiento de la situación hídrica del barrio Nueva Colombia, en búsqueda de la resolución de problemáticas que atentan contra la integridad social de la población aquí presente, y con base a pruebas y resultados acerca del diseño y modelación de alternativas, el siguiente documento tiene como finalidad la demostración de los primeros análisis y estudios desarrollados sobre los cuerpos hídricos seleccionados para este trabajo en la zona indicada. Dentro del desarrollo y descomposición de la situación presente en el barrio Nueva Colombia, se hizo uso de herramientas computacionales para una mayor precisión en el entendimiento de los principales componentes que afectan el cauce seleccionado, lo que mejora el significativamente la calidad de los resultados y comprensión de las afectaciones que tienen aquí presencia; el programa que más tuvo presencia durante el desarrollo, que permitió en una mejora dentro de la discusión y dio pie al cálculo de los aspectos más importantes de la zona de estudio fue Qgis. Adicionalmente se hicieron búsquedas detallas sobre las características acerca de la ciudad que sirvieron como base para la contextualización de la problemática que azotaba al barrio Nueva Colombia, que de igual forma podrían tener valor para el progreso en las medidas de mitigación y mejoramiento en sentido por la disminución de las situaciones desfavorables que las poblaciones del barrio son frecuentemente viven. Dentro del desarrollo de la situación presente en el barrio Nueva Colombia, se hizo la propuesta de tres alternativas a manera de solución, las cuales resolverían de manera correcta la problemática estudiada; para su selección se hicieron evaluaciones y comparaciones entre estas para hallar una solución óptima, siendo eficaz y económicamente estable, siendo puesta a prueba con condiciones de diseño como un caudal con un periodo de retorno de 50 años.
